By accessing or using HumanlyAI ("Service"), operated at humanlyai.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HumanlyAI is an AI-powered text humanization tool that transforms AI-generated text into natural, human-sounding content. The Service is available via our website and may include free and paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

  • You may use limited features of the Service without an account. To access full features, you must sign in using Google OAuth.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

  • Free Plan: Provides limited daily humanizations at no cost.
  • Paid Plans (Starter, Unlimited): Offer increased usage limits, advanced modes, and premium features. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page.
  • Lifetime Plans: Provide permanent access with no recurring charges.
  • All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service as well.
  • Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Upon cancellation:

  • Your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free plan.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights.
  • Engage in academic dishonesty or submit humanized text in violation of your educational institution's policies. You are solely responsible for how you use the output.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
  • Abuse the Service through automated scripts, bots, or excessive API calls beyond normal usage.
  • Circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or any security measures.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Your content: You retain ownership of all text you submit to the Service (input) and the humanized text generated (output).
  • Our Service: HumanlyAI, its logo, website design, underlying code, and AI models are the intellectual property of HumanlyAI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without written permission.
  • By submitting text, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service and improving our models.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The humanized text will be undetectable by all AI detection tools at all times.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Results will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumanlyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
