At HumanlyAI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward refund policy for all our paid plans. All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment processor.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, including subscription plans (Starter and Unlimited) and Lifetime plans. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
- The 7-day period begins on the date of your first payment.
- Refund requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
- This guarantee applies to the first purchase only. If you cancel and re-subscribe, the 7-day window does not reset.
3. Subscription Plans (Monthly & Yearly)
3.1 Within the 7-Day Guarantee Period
If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you will receive a full refund and your subscription will be cancelled immediately.
3.2 After the 7-Day Guarantee Period
After the 7-day guarantee period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges:
- Your paid features will remain accessible until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Your account will automatically revert to the free plan after the billing period ends.
3.3 Renewal Charges
Subscriptions renew automatically. If you forget to cancel before a renewal and have not used the Service since the renewal date, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund for that renewal charge if you contact us within 48 hours of the renewal.
4. Lifetime Plans
- Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within the 7-day money-back guarantee period.
- After 7 days, lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable as they provide permanent access to the Service at a one-time discounted price.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@humanlyai.in with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your registered email address and the reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve).
- Our team will review your request and process the refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made after the 7-day guarantee period.
- Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- You have received a refund from us previously for the same product.
- The request is determined to be fraudulent or abusive.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
